鋁業(yè)設(shè)備用電磁閥工作原理wong principle：

   當(dāng)線圈通電，動(dòng)鐵芯吸合，先導(dǎo)閥口處于開啟狀態(tài)，使主閥塞上腔降壓，主閥塞因壓差開啟，介質(zhì)流通。當(dāng)線圈斷電，動(dòng)鐵芯復(fù)位，先導(dǎo)閥口處于關(guān)閉狀態(tài)，使主閥塞上腔升壓，將主閥塞壓下，電磁閥關(guān)閉.

   When the coil is energized, the movable core pull, the pilot valve port is turned on, the main valve plug chamber pressure, because the pressure to open the main valve plug, medium flow. When the coil power, moving core reset, the pilot valve port is closed, the main valve plug chamber booster, the main valve plug depressed, the solenoid valve is closed.

安裝維護(hù)Installation and maintenance：

1、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)安裝必須按照國(guó)家防爆危險(xiǎn)場(chǎng)所“電氣安全規(guī)程”中有關(guān)規(guī)定進(jìn)行。

2、電磁閥內(nèi)外接地，必須牢固可靠。

3、電磁閥引出電纜導(dǎo)線為三根，其中一根為接地線，另二根為工作導(dǎo)線。

4、電磁閥安裝前應(yīng)將管路內(nèi)部清洗干凈。

5、電磁閥有雜質(zhì)時(shí)，進(jìn)口端前必須安裝密度0.5mm的過濾器。

6、安裝電磁閥時(shí)注意閥體上箭頭要求與介質(zhì)流向一致。

7、電磁閥應(yīng)垂直安裝，線圈在上。

8、電磁閥維修時(shí)應(yīng)斷電后開蓋，非電器人員不得拆卸電磁閥電氣部件。
