Z2S10-1-3X REXROTH單向閥

單向閥是氣流只能一個(gè)方向流動(dòng)而不能反向流動(dòng)的方向控制閥。其工作原理與液壓?jiǎn)蜗蜷y一樣。壓縮空氣從P口進(jìn)入,克服彈簧力和摩擦力使單向閥閥口開啟,壓縮空氣從P流至A;當(dāng)P口無(wú)壓縮空氣時(shí),在彈簧力和A口(腔)余氣力作用下;閥口處于關(guān)閉狀 態(tài),使從A至P氣流不通。單向閥應(yīng)用于不允許氣流反向流動(dòng)的場(chǎng)合,如空壓機(jī)向氣罐充氣 時(shí),在空壓機(jī)與氣罐之間設(shè)置一單向閥,當(dāng)空壓機(jī)停止工作時(shí),可防止氣罐中的壓縮空氣回流 到空壓機(jī)。單向閥還常與節(jié)流閥、順序閥等組合成單向節(jié)流閥、單向順序閥使用。


(單向閥)止回閥用途廣泛,有很多種類,下面說的是供水和熱力常用的止回閥:

1、彈簧式:液體由下而上,依靠壓力頂起彈簧控制的閥瓣,壓力消失后,彈簧力將閥瓣壓下,封閉液體倒流。常用于通徑較小的止回閥。

2、重力式:和彈簧式相似,依靠閥瓣的自身重力封閉,防止倒流。

3、旋啟式:液體在閥體內(nèi)直通,依靠壓力頂開一側(cè)的旋轉(zhuǎn)閥瓣,壓力失去后,閥瓣依靠自重回位,反向的液體壓力封閉閥瓣。

4.塑料隔膜式: 外殼和隔膜均為塑料.一般外殼為ABS,PE,PP,NYLON, PC.隔膜有硅樹脂,氟樹脂等。

其它的單向閥(止回閥),如排污的止回閥,人防的防爆閥和液體使用的止回閥的原理是大同小異。

節(jié)流閥和單向節(jié)流閥是簡(jiǎn)易的流量控制閥,它們?cè)诙勘靡簤合到y(tǒng)中的主要作用是與溢流閥配合,組成三種節(jié)流調(diào)速系統(tǒng):即進(jìn)油節(jié)流調(diào)速系統(tǒng)、回油節(jié)流調(diào)速系統(tǒng)和旁路節(jié)流調(diào)速系統(tǒng)。對(duì)于執(zhí)行元件要求往返節(jié)流調(diào)速的系統(tǒng)可使用兩個(gè)單向節(jié)流閥。節(jié)流閥也在容積節(jié)流調(diào)速回路中使用。這種閥沒有壓力及溫度補(bǔ)償裝置,不能自動(dòng)補(bǔ)償載荷及油液粘度變化時(shí)造成的速度不穩(wěn)定,但其結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單,制造和維護(hù)方便。所以在載荷變化不大或?qū)λ俣确(wěn)定性要求不高的一般液壓系統(tǒng)中得到廣泛應(yīng)用。


鍛壓機(jī)床

鍛壓機(jī)床是金屬和機(jī)械冷加工用的設(shè)備,他只改變金屬的外形狀。鍛壓機(jī)床包括卷板機(jī),剪板機(jī),沖床,壓力機(jī),液壓機(jī),油壓機(jī),折彎?rùn)C(jī)等。


液壓機(jī)是一種以液體為工作介質(zhì),根據(jù)帕斯卡原理制成的用于傳遞能量以實(shí)現(xiàn)各種工藝的機(jī)器。液壓機(jī)一般由本機(jī)(主機(jī))、動(dòng)力系統(tǒng)及液壓控制系統(tǒng)三部分組成。液壓機(jī)分類有閥門液壓機(jī),液體液壓機(jī),工程液壓機(jī)。


液壓機(jī)(又名:油壓機(jī))液壓機(jī)是一種利用液體靜壓力來(lái)加工金屬、塑料、橡膠、木材、粉末等制品的機(jī)械。它常用于壓制工藝和壓制成形工藝,如:鍛壓、沖壓、冷擠、校直、彎曲、翻邊、薄板拉深、粉末冶金、壓裝等等。

它的原理是利用帕斯卡定律制成的利用液體壓強(qiáng)傳動(dòng)的機(jī)械,種類很多。當(dāng)然,用途也根據(jù)需要是多種多樣的。如按傳遞壓強(qiáng)的液體種類來(lái)分,有油壓機(jī)和水壓機(jī)兩大類。

Z2FS...型雙單向節(jié)流閥

1.結(jié)構(gòu)分析

Z2FS16型閥是疊加式設(shè)計(jì)的雙路單向節(jié)流閥。該閥用于限制來(lái)自一個(gè)或兩個(gè)工作油口的主流量或控制流量。

兩個(gè)對(duì)稱設(shè)置的單向節(jié)流閥在一個(gè)方向上限定流量,(通過調(diào)整節(jié)流閥芯),在相反方向上允許自由流通。用于進(jìn)口節(jié)流控制時(shí), 油液從油口A流經(jīng)節(jié)流口( 1 )到達(dá)工作油口。節(jié)流閥芯( 4.1 )可借助于調(diào)節(jié)螺釘( 5 )進(jìn)行軸向調(diào)整,從而可以設(shè)定節(jié)流口(1 )同時(shí),油口A中的油液通經(jīng)道( 2 )到節(jié)流閥芯( 4.1 )的彈簧加載側(cè)(3 )產(chǎn)生的壓力與彈簧

共同作用,使節(jié)流閥芯( 4.1 )保持在節(jié)流位置,

油液從執(zhí)行器回流推動(dòng)節(jié)流閥芯( 4.2 ),允許油液自由流過。此時(shí)閥作為單向閥工作。根據(jù)型號(hào)(S或S2 ),節(jié)流口可以起進(jìn)口或出口節(jié)流的控制作用。限制主流量為了改變執(zhí)行器的速度(主流量限制),雙路單向節(jié)流閥是而安裝于方向控制閥和底板之間。限制控制流量對(duì)液控方向閥,雙路單向節(jié)流閥用作控制阻尼調(diào)節(jié),在此情況下,它被安裝于主閥和控制閥之間。

液壓油箱在液壓系統(tǒng)中的主要作用為儲(chǔ)油、散熱、分離油中所含空氣及泡沫。選用油箱首先要考慮其容

量,一般移動(dòng)式設(shè)備取泵大流量的2~3倍,固定式設(shè)備取3~4倍;其次考慮油箱油位,當(dāng)系統(tǒng)全部液壓油缸伸出后油箱油面不得低于低油位,當(dāng)油缸回縮以后油面不得高于高油位;后考慮油箱結(jié)構(gòu),傳統(tǒng)油箱內(nèi)的隔板并不能起沉淀臟物的作用,應(yīng)沿油箱縱軸線安裝一個(gè)垂直隔板。此隔板一端和油箱端板之間留有空位使隔板兩邊空間連通,液壓泵的進(jìn)出油口布置在不連通的一端隔板兩側(cè),使進(jìn)油和回油之間的距離遠(yuǎn),液壓油箱多起一些散熱作用。
